The company management does its best ensure a warm working environment in the office.

1. There is absolutely no work-life balance with management calling you up on weekends and asking you to show photographs (in case you reason out that you are not at home/ available at work) 2. The company will tweak its policies towards compensation basis their whims and fancies 3. Especially, during times of COVID-19, employees were pushed to work despite them undergoing hospital treatment/ caring for family members who were infected 4. Senior and middle management would work as per their schedules over the weekends with no consideration for the personal space of junior staff 5. I dnt have anything to say about CBRE as it’s the best because I know most of the managers are great that I have work with,the only problem is making a stupid decision to move on other site in the hand of a guy who doesn’t even Care about his own team plus the client site at Uipath on a facility department is horrible it’s a small team but and the guy who work from technician to changing the department is very sneaky and fake who doesn’t want to work together as he have done for five years at the site he keeps on telling everyone dnt work with me. Management don’t trust CBRE employees potential of work rather they trust clients comments of the particular employee, if client say some employee don't want in-the project they will shift the employee to the other project rather trusting there employee work potential
