Job Security. Work with multiple top clients Holidays as per client requirement. I good sat-Sunday off 🙂 as my client is from IT.

No proper hike, even some people got 3k hike on salary. I was a senior manager and I communicated that follow 03 years strategy with your junior if you want to grow- In first year provide low hike, in year two a hike of 10-12% with a sweet 🍬 goli of promotion and finally in 03 year nominal hike with promotion. They are using as a strategy, when employee plan to go out. Overall, it's kind of employee friendly company for those who sitting in corporate offices. Management, even do not worry about site deployed resources.

CBRE is a good company, but growth is limited. They make many promises, but when it comes time to deliver, they waste your time and nothing happens. Even if you excel in everything, promotions never come. While everything else may be fine, there's no room for advancement.

Like All MNC company, who working in specially In India CBRE is just a Name. It has no roots, Mr bob sulentic has to think about the policies, environment & their indian employee mindset. All totally pathetic. They never growth like a professional.

Mindset of Employee, (usually it's a behavior). Policies applicable only where company's profits. CBRE is thirty party manpower supplier. No Standards, only work under client.

Over all work culture is very good.

Site employee are being taken care in terms of employee benefits such as 5 days week which is being provided to Corporate employees. Secondly as some client sites Annual Bonus/ Appraisal are not upto to CBRE standards. However, site employee are the key person whom are building or take care of CBRE values.
