I think this is a great place to begin your career with.One can learn quite a lot of technical things and improve their skills.Appraisal policy is very good and hike given is satisfactory.

Dislikes

Only thing which needs to be improved is work- life balance and the extra ton of pressure put on the employees.If you drain out the employees of their energy then work will get impacted.
