I had an awful experience with Caterpillar management especially when I had worked on Sudhakar Somarowthu. Management engages in far too much politics. I was fired for no apparent reason.My manager Sudhakar rehired a few employees who had previously left organization by offering them a hefty package, despite the fact that they are underperformers. When I learned that I would be fired from the organization I had requested permission from him to attend the interview , but he refused claiming that I am critical resource who needed to work on tasks. In another scenario I asked for leave on the occasion of Diwali but he refused claiming that I was critical resource.Finally,he failed to provide my last month's pay....Read More
