Work Details

Exciting and challenging. As a team, we were able to achieve quite a few milestones in the region. However, many fundamental changes proposed were not approved leading to slow results, which was an irritant. Else, work at Castrol was enjoyable as well.

Highly transferrable in sales roles.Reorganisation of company too frequent. Guys from IIMs / similar gets fastracked to managers without much field exp.
