There is no job security. Once the contract with the client gets over, they won't even tell you about the contractual completion and after contractual completion, they would ask you to leave immediately even they don't give the notice period to serve. I had a really bad experience with them.

I really like the prompt responses from my current account manager Navith and how he provides me lot of clarity any time I need with questions regarding contract or any work related issues.

I would really like to be better compensated :) and get some PTO but I know this is not entirely under Caspex's control. Sometimes I want to just get a mental health day off there is few very sick days available which I need for doctor's visits or when I really get sick.

During background verification I have provided every single documents but my previous organisation send disguise mail to this organisation and my previous organisation work place has bad culture, I told everyone thing and try to convence caspex HR but they don't believe that is the only thing I don't like they must believe their employees work and try to understand the employee situation.

Joined 1 year back nice place to work. Having good clients. Clients place also more follow up on employee. Compensation wise good.now caspex starter appraisal also.i think in this I will get hike also. They also share client feedback to employees in which area needs to improve

Management is good and employee centric as well professional when it comes to the needs of its clients, assets will be replaced/ arranged on time if they feel it hampers the productivity of their employees.

There is nothing to change but wishing Caspex team to acquire more & more Clients in Chennai as well as India.

I have completed 5 successful years with caspex with a very good relation. Employees are very cooperative and available with quick responses when I asked for any information or clarification. Mostly I reach Vijaya, Dhawal and Jay and they are very cooperative and informative.
