Cashfree has a vibrant culture, teams are helping we have really friendly hrs except 1 who left so now all looks good. Also most of the teams except inbound sales seems to have very understanding managers and lot of support.

My manager, I am scared to report this as I am afraid I might loose my job. I have never seen or worked with a manager who is so confused and has no aim for the team. He is not even helpful when it comes to need. He does not make targets clear or even support us like any manager his name is Rupesh Sinha we expected our hr to take an action but nothing was done. We could see our teammate a women crying on the floor because of Rupesh. It is really sad to see just because of one person we are loosing the entire companies name, I will be posting this even on X and twitter as manager like him should not be given to anyone. He has 0 knowledge of sales very partial to folks and does not show empathy to the team if some in our family is dead and we ask him a leave he does not give, he forcefully asks people to resign and does not care of anyone in the team.
