everything they use to do there. The pick up agent arrived here and taken all details for the verification of my old phone. He taken many pictures of all settings and phone. From there side , a mam called me asked the details of the phone. I told her everything like date of purchase, box, charger , Model name and my address. She manually added everything. After that pickup boy verified everything and told me the price Rs. 5890(flipkart voucher) ,so the price was good , so i agreed then he packed my phone accessories, verified my ID proof, then broken my Screen Guard because he packed it. After all these things he got a message from their side. He told me then that your phone is still under warranty but i mistakenly put the phone into the warrenty category of 6-11 months but your phone is 11+ months and then he told me the new price of Rs. 5200 , i told him that it's fraud , you have done everything from your side, erased my all phone data and broken my screen guard and after he was forcing me that he will not do any compensation of broken things , you have to sell the phone in 5200. I told him that i will complaint at your company. I got call from their company. The man was very rude ( i have recordings), I explained him that pickup boy done these things and taken my original bills also, that guy shouted at me that you have provided that it in 6-11 months ,but i already told his agent called me and i only told her the date of purchase , she added all things manually from her side then how it is my mistake.
