I love working in Cascade . This firm made me who I am today. I was nothing when I joined here. I was able to develop my language and computer skills a lot. My manager and the current DGM helped me in every aspects. Whenever I was broke and mentally down they helped me to overcome the problem I was facing. Dislikes

I think there should be a decent cafeteria , a sick room and also a small gaming corner. Sick room is a mandatory one. This is the worst part of the company. Whenever we are not well and need some rest the place at which we are taking some rest is the same spot where others come to drink coffee or celebrate a bday party. That moment will be intolerable . Parking space is another drawback . There is only a small parking space provided for us. We need to keep all the bikes congested which can also cause damage to our bikes . Work Details

I am working as a Document Controller and I love that designation. Each day I checks and files a vast amount of medical files . A lot of focus and care is needed until we are familiar with all those files.
