The person imran from NRI department, he tries to misuse his position to use his own team mets. He doesn't know any basic knowledge about product and projects. But he is well know how to mis use females and in that studies. Casagrand needs this kind of skilled employees in their organisation. Totally waste

If you do sales you will earn lots of incentives and after 1 year there's foreign trips twice or thrice per year and lots of small trips.

Salary is very less and no allowances as it was promised and later on not given , during (runend) year end the sales executive have to work from 8 to 8 without weekoff and not paid anything extra for it and later not all the leaves and time they compensate , the foreign trips are like a candy that they hang before the employee to work for the company for yours and years without proper increments as there's a 6months bond period after that , but don't be for the food and sightseeing 🤷...Read More

Every thing MD Arun sir is a good person but he dont know what exactly happeing in hyd zone i have personal experience in hyd Telemarketing please dont join in Telemarketing that is the worst team and there rohini who is team leader for Telemarketing we should not talk anything if we face any issue and she will send not send anywarning mail but she will tell to manager that she has already send warning mail to us and we will be terminated and manager will also not talk with us they will blindly trust team leader untill rohini will move out that company hyd Telemarketing team should search for new employee for every 3 months bcoz nobody like to work with her...Read More

It feels like work like balance is very poor other things like career growth, we don't get any leave for families important events like marriage, maternity break for female work for 24/7, office time start 8:30am to 5pm but most of the time is always 9pm to logout.

Its a company where smart and hardworking individuals are well recognised and acknowledged. Anyone who can prove themselves better than an experienced person will be elevated.

Dislikes

This company's culture is currently at its worst. There's zero moral values and anyone can fool around with anybody in the office irrespective of the age. Politics by managers, party culture, promoting social drinking, etc as if its very normal and being forced to be adaptive to please the management in a way being exploited.

Hike and appraisals is done on favouring.. there is no correct calculations for your incentives.. u have to do work from 9am to night 9pm on weekdays and on weekends 9am-11pm.. there will be no weekoff for you if you didn’t perform well for a 2weeks a month.

Dislikes

Partiality, favouring, appraisal and hikes are not statisfying.. and the most irritating is., if inactive for the week, VP asking us to come meeting to more than 20kms that too at night after 8pm.
