If any positives exists, it just got overpowered by the negatives. Any positives if exist is when u join as head of a department. BTW all positive comments are fake.If u look close enough you will see the pattern how bad reviews follows up with series of good reviews.It’s handled by the ORM team … oops the same was all fired!! ->Toxic work culture: Your Boss will always take credit of your work because he thinks he is not suppose to do any work. This is common across teams atleast which I observed -> No Growth: There is a culture of hiring every time above you so technically u get demoted every year -> Poor Appraisal: Max appraisal u can expect if u have done really something which has made the difference is around 5-8%. Most of the employees end up with 1-2% appraisal. So basically if u consider inflation ur salary will also get depreciated every year....Read More

I like company motive we resolve many customers problem during car sell Sometimes we feel like we are doing very good work for solving someone problem give a smile on him/her face Good thing is in this hard time company gives medical support & full salary during lockdown also

I am disappointed about frequently process change If customer didn't wants to sell his car after token they deduct the amount from our salary The incentive program was good when i started 2.5 years ago. But today is worst i or we give our full effort after that we earn 5k to 8k maximum incentive I have spend 2.5 years in this company With 0 rupees of appraisal. The company was good higher management is also doing great job but TM ZM Have different attitude and when someone promote to store manager to Zm or Tm they think they are god now they didn't pickup calls after becoming zm or tm....Read More
