Compensation is decent and growth is very slow. The work pressure is very high, normal working hours is 12-14 hours straight in a day. Management do not value an individual unique strengths that why most of working person's take back their suggestions Missy of the times. There is no fair criteria for yearly appraisal, and ghere is no job severity in organisation.
