They say to do overtime everyday ( 40-80 minutes extra) otherwise not come office from next day , New senior staff work is very wrong also they say every time that i am your boss ,doo this or not come or leave this job, if you are a student than they don't give u leave , if you have 8 exams then they only give you 4 exam day leave and other 4 day you come office after giving exam, also company using double meaning words while sharing Diwali bonus or any other festival bonus..... ,Also the highest post employee is not helping you... My experience is soo bad there so i suggest you to work in any other company.......Read More

Got Rejected In an Interview, Just Because I Didn’t Answer a Personal Question

So, I got invited for this interview, and they told me to be there at 9 AM. Of course, I get there early, like 8:30, because I don't want to be late. But then I end up waiting for 1.5 hours. Seriously, they didn't even acknowledge me until 10. Then this HR lady calls me in, and she's totally unprofessional. She's like, on her phone, making personal calls while I'm sitting right there. And then she starts asking me these really weird questions, like what my nickname is, and what my dad does for a living. It got really uncomfortable when she started pressing for details about where my dad works. I mean, what does that have to do with anything? So I politely told her I didn't want to answer, and she actually said, "Then we can't continue this interview." I was honestly shocked. But instead of arguing, I just stood up and said, “Alright then.” And walked out. I left feeling pissed. Not only did they waste an hour of my time, but the HR rep was also rude and unprofessional..
