Notice period, early join

My current company notice period is two months 23-Dec-2024 to 20-feb-2024. But my new employer asking for early join ie 3rd of feb! I requested for early relieve to My current employer. Verbally they agreed to relieve two weeks early but now they not ready to relieve early. They want me to complete two months notice period. My new employer asking to join early! What can I do? The one thing what I like the most about this company is they have 5 days working in a week and you can easily balance your personal and professional life. And one more advantage is they have a Quarterly Bonus scheme which you can get if the company achieve the sales target.

There are also few disadvantages in this company as below. 1. Salary is very less for the location as compared to other companies. 2. They don't have Transport and Food facility. So, you have to manage everything by yourself. 3. The company location is bit far from city.
