The company, with most of the senior management from outside the film domain, tried hard to work out the cinema business. They created a market and established the brand. It was good experience to be a part of that growth. But the company has been in losses for a while now. With the pandemic, it only worsened. It would mostly be the senior management's attitude. The times are tough and everyone is struggling to keep themselves afloat in whatever way possible. But there has been no organisational support. On terminating me, there was no call of comfort, no solidarity, and no regret from the management. Companies are built on trust and personal equations.
