I am working in this industry for last 10 yrs, respective of working with any company / organisation i always ensure to give my best and my enjoy my work, so respective of Inox or Carnival it doesn't matter i enjoy my work, as far Carnival supported in Covid-19 was poor/average compared to competitors i.e PVR / Inox / Cinepolis, i am sure Carnival management is aware what they were paying to their employees and what Carnival has paid, much more was expected from the company so it could have helped in our basic necessary recruitment, unfortunately didn't happened....Read More

Dislikes

The basic problem is that the top management / decision makers are not aware of the problems of ground level staff like us have to go through on daily basis, all the good policies made by the company are only on paper's but the reality is different, which the top management has to seriously look into it to become a brand like PVR or Inox.
