One Girl Manali-CRM sales , playing with career so many employee worked here, and eat job of so many employee who left due to her unnecessary issue & drama. all employee who don't do as what she said need to lose the job , check the history who she join so many employee need to left the job.. she make business head and top manager a papet , don't know what make her so special that the Head need to listen to her and need to do what she said , both head who earn 20 times higher than her and at very top level are behaving like paper. fill not something but so many things fishy here in that case. she don't let anyone work peacefully and she want to control every staff work here and no one is there to tell her anything. if CRM Manali make both Department-head a papet then think 10 times before choosing this place to work. Company MD don't know what's going on inside the company. HR hires you with faulty commitments. People don't know what work needs to be done. No new employee stays more than 1 year as old employees make their life hell. The company is always in a budget crunch which their account table also shows. Some day HR becomes admin as they can't afford the salary of Admin. The funny thing is that the IT team don't know how IT-related issues need to be resolved they always google the solution If it works then ok if not they never come back with solutions. They behave as lower-level team members as they hire them on daily wages. HR never picks up the call. JLR's business head is one of the pathetic guy who doesn't know what &when need to speak. He has zero respect for women employees MD nature is once you join there she will listen to your thoughts for 2-3 months & then one fine day she stops responding to your calls. MD has zero control over the team & that's why the company is at a huge loss. You never know when you become a scapegoat in the company & your name will be dragged in money cases. HR always say Cargo Motors name is enough in the market but due to the negative work environment. Mr. Uday Patel is one of the MIS guy who has zero interest in his work but loves to do back bitching of employees to MD. & he owns zero knowledge towards work.
