Very bad work life balance Billing Hrs (pure costing hrs based on number of parts) of 8.5 mandatory even if there is no work given by RM, also parts assigned for you can be taken by any colleagues without informing you, you have to fight for getting work for your billing hrs, if you are sitting idle because of work not given is yourproblem and inability rather responsibility of the RM or management to give work for you, limited no of software licenses so while working you can be cut down from software by other users, waiting hrs to use software to work, work reviewing by RM will not be counted as working hrs even if it's 1-2hrs, meeting of several hrs can't be included in working hrs, laptop system issue or software down time can't be included, training hrs on new softwares can't be included, every 3 months you will be switched to new team without your consent where training won't be given properly to start working rather working will start from day one, when you somewhat familiarise on the job at that moment you will be shifted to another new team and work, threaten to not approve timesheet, leaves and LOP is issued if you can't bill 8.5 hrs of costing work, every part has timer running on it at the moment you click to start working, if genuinely part takes more time than allowed time means still only allowed norms time of work only approved in timesheet, norms of working time per category was lasted updated in 2012 still they use same for evaluating.
