Rude boss My life became hell since when I joined this company. Process are very tough Those who know politics can survive. Very high expectations of Rating head/ Group head. Very dumb culture....people working here don't even look at each other faces, they just come, sit, work and go. Very suffocating work culture.

The work culture is super bad. Two managers(not to be named) have created a goon culture in the office. They use dirty stares to scare employees and use rude tones to get work done. Never ever join this company especially the BFSi sector in Mumbai. Very very bad place to work. Although the timing is 9.30 to 6.30 they make employees sit till 10 or 11 sometimes
