Pathetic work culture. People here working are not living beings they are zombies and behave like dead bodies hooked to laptops for the entire day and manager only comes to you to shout and scream and to make you realise you are the most useless creature on this earth. You will lose self confidence to an extent that you will question yourself

Case execution preference over case process and understanding. Immediate senior level does not have the requisite of expertise in handling a team or a case.

Rude boss My life became hell since when I joined this company. Process are very tough Those who know politics can survive. Very high expectations of Rating head/ Group head. Very dumb culture....people working here don't even look at each other faces, they just come, sit, work and go. Very suffocating work culture.
