It's a government job once you are on role of Care Ratings ltd. Doesn't matter whether you perform or not.. U have job security.

Dislikes

Appraisals range from 3 to 5% every year. Don't think about growth in terms of designation. Work hours are from 9.30 to 6.30 as per rules.. But one should work till 7.30 to 8.30 pm. If you are working on care Ratings ltd, one should leave their personal life.

Rude boss My life became hell since when I joined this company. Process are very tough Those who know politics can survive. Very high expectations of Rating head/ Group head. Very dumb culture....people working here don't even look at each other faces, they just come, sit, work and go. Very suffocating work culture.
