I worked there for about two and a half months, but I didn't get any formal appointment letter from the company. When asked, their reply was that I am getting my salary and that should be enough for my confirmation in the company. I didn't get my last month salary either, I don't know why. I asked about it to the center coordinator(as there is no proper HR) and was told that it is a matter of the accounts dept. So I asked the accounts person and they again rolled the ball to the coordinator 's court. This went on for sometime when I finally stopped asking....Read More

Hectic work. You have to memorize each and every patient profile and their smallest details of appointment schedules, follow ups. In between all these, you get to know a lot of people and share their joy and sorrows.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
