The company culture was good.

Dislikes

Senior people misuse there power of seniority. They are not partial to all the employees. I had a very bad experience of it. Also the job security is not favourable.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
