Some flexibility on learning new things, Lot of things to fix [but very slow progress], Not much pressure i felt.
1. Not happy with management, now a days its very worst, 2. Expecting quick releases and fixing Live crashes in weekends, 3. Strict WFH policy, 4 days Office, 4. Depends on your manager, 5. Learning is very slow, you will forgot your tech stack, 6. They will give falls commitments on your tech stack, after joined they will deploy you to different domain [50/50 chance on actual domain]

Thanks for the trainers of CaratLane.I've learned a lot about Metal and Stones in a very short span of time as I was from non jewellery background.9 hrs shift with 1.5 weekoff will provide you a very good work life balance.
They extremely pressurise you for monthly investment plan nowadays,anyhow you have to do it or else you will become a focused jc and it will become a headache to you.The hunger of the company is increasing da y by day.If you can consistently perform with very good numbers then no need to worry.

This caratlane mostly store is frenchise, so there is very less of chance of growth in the company, there is no any PF facility, no any gratuity facilities no any leaves encashment very low insurance amount provided, and caratlane currently male shirt colour is very disappointing seems a female colour so very dissatisfied for theseall issues.
