Employee oriented company. The Director of the company Mr Sharad Hulji he is a very supportive and understanding person. Amazing experience and learned alot from the director and company itself.

Used to be a good company to work in, with the national presence. Good top management. Technical people still have scope to survive.

After the regional P&L model within the organization, North has become worst, with only one man spoiling the entire reputation. Though he has been in the system for longest period. Specifically for sales, a big no. The man doesn't want to support in terms of any guidance, but knows how to scold the subordinates, barring only one or two. He is not at all a leader. And without a leader, one can't succeed and grow. So, my recommendation is not to join this company for sales in North India....Read More
