I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. I dint like anything working with Capricot. Plus the hr is so unprofessional. I had worked for 3months and they dint give me the releiving letter and before they had told me they will give us the releiving letter . Very dirty politics . Never ever work with this company.
