I am sharing my work experience with Capri there are no job Sequirity in this organization When you are Demoted from AM To BM or BM to Audit Manager in Gold Loan Department many People have layoff from this organization including me I am working with Branch Manager but they have transferred me in to audit Department

Nothing is good at capri Global . Proper training is not provided the B.M comes to the office at 3-4 pm till that time he relax at the home or enjoy his stuff. .. B.M never support his team & he just tell what is in the business .

My 13 years of experience in finance and banking I didn't saw a company like capri. Capri is a place where there is no job security, you will get a call from HR that today is your last working day and you will be jobless and there is no backup for future. I would not recommend anyone to work in Capri

Politics, favoritism, undue pressure to get things done in unrealistic timelines that are hand me down from management. Top leaders don't have spine to push back management that in turns ends up in teams working weekends and 12 + hours to get things done.

Internal branch culture is very poor, ladies candidates are not comfortable zone in specially all over gujarat branches, sales staff and some other staff in not discipline their work and mental torchers and much more facing other issues like wash room used and late night work not comfort in capri. So i request to pls first of branches in correct discipline maintain..
