Likes

It feel good working here. Nice people nice company but they. But no organization is at 100% perfect. I enjoyed working here but had to leave because I need something better and also for my career advancement which won't be possible there. Thank you

Dislikes

They don't give room for young once and believe most in thier old knowledge and expirienced workers. The indian boss there is extremely nice and act like a father to all..but his front line management too autocratic.

Work Details

As a safety officer here, I coordinate all HSE related activities like training, risk assessment, JHA, JTA, inspection, accident investigation, follow up with my clients, project managerst, all supervisors inline with all projects and time bounds.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
