Teammates: Average quality of workforce. They don't feel the need to hire smart people and believe in quantity over quality which is also being compromised in the name of cos cuing as company is in deep shit with too much of money stuck in the market. Training: Totally worthless. Newly hired people are given training just once and that too for 1-1.5 hour only which has nothing to do with their day to day work. It's OJT and one has to learn on his own. Job Security: None as they fire anyone anytime. Attrition rate is very very high. People leave in months only! Career Growth: None. There are so many people I know who are working on same salary since past 2-3 years. Salary: Less than industry standard. Travel: Not much for HO team and higher management team. Filed staff is treated like they are worthless. Learning/Innovation: Don't even think about it. Whatever happens is decided by whims and wishes of MD and his two sons. I was part of capital trust limited for six months and I learned so many new things to do in the process in backend department and after that they announced that their is lay off issue in the company and they wanted me to move for the orisa state and then only I can keep my job continue and moving to the orisa state was such a difficult situation and option for me with family and then I resigned from the company before lockdown and after that I'm staying home due to covid 19 crisis and looking for good and stable job opportunity these days and capital trust didn't call me yet and didn't ask how I'm and how I'm breeding my family in this lockdown situation....Read More

My work life is good at capital trust I was following order of manager and I was reporting him by email and I was filling NACH form of customer and was working like multitasking employee as per work load.
