It is a great place to work. As compared to other private banks it has a completely different culture. Being here is great experience.

Dislikes

Just the salary part is a dislike as they always give the same salary package which the employee was already getting in his last organisation. And another problem is that some people who come on senior levels in our bank from other private banks, they try to spoil our banks culture, by adopting the same techniques to grasp the business as much as possible from their team or juniors by any which way....Read More
