Very bad working experience and the TL pressures a lot and manager shout on employees very badly and the TL is very rude behaviour

Work culture in this company is okay but only problem is nigbt shift all time. There is no shift allowance and food provided for night shift so that is problem. And no job security if you dont perform u will be fired .

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day?
