My experience at the company was a mix of positives and negatives. On the positive side, I found that there were good learning opportunities and the salary and benefits were competitive.

Dislikes

Work environment is challenging due to prevalent micro-management and colleague politics, which impacted team morale . To improve, the management should consider giving employees more independence and addressing internal politics to have a better working atmosphere.Management just rely on old bankers who are working as consultants and they do not nothing other than gossiping for each other.

Reletive work culture is toxic it means that if you're relative is on higher position you should be promoted. Work with high work pressure to archive targets. All the manager of recovery department is toxic. They can't know the value of education poor quality of AM. they don't know how to talk colleagues.
