Cape is a great Training School. You get to learn a lot and that experience will definitely go a long way to help in ypur future career prospects. You also get to work in a multi-cultural environment with people from different regions and countries which readies you to face future challenges.

It's just work, work and more work. There is not much life you can expect apart from once a year annual day celebration, but again you are working the very next day :-( . As far as salary is concerned, forget it. They have never been good payers and off late increments are all things of the past. It's always been only work. It's difficult staying away from home for a year before you get your annual 1 month vacation. But if you enjoy your work, like I did, things can get little easy for you to pass off a year :-).
