Culture not good in plant politics So that genuine employees no growth only old few selected employees growth I was show in my 5 years working.

Dislikes

I was completed 4 years and 11.9 months but Caparo Management ( HR) not given benefits only one day for 5 years completion pending. I was very disappointed HR team they are not respect my work.
