Extremely unprofessional organisation I have seen in my entire professional life. The HR department led by GM HR who operates with dictatorial attitude, has been dismissive and rude, shows complete disregard for employees. CEO is for namesake in the organisation who has no interest in employee betterment. They have no ethics. Owner Nilesh Rane is the only person to whom you can look while working in Capapie but company do not run by 1 person.

Dislikes

Gm hr Swati parab, operation mgrs Manju & Rashmi are more interested in spoiling company business by picking there nose in sells rather than concentrating on there own profile of HR and operations. Also rupali Rane wife of Nilesh Rane get suggestions from these non sales (& nonsense) people and decide future of sales team and company in turn.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
