Nothing is there to like about the company

I was happily working there but because of the operation manager I left the job …she made me feel like I m useless and what I am doing on earth..after I left the job I suffered with paralysis attack because of mental stress given by her..

Doesn't like anything. No work ethics, huge politics, employees get fired without notice in one day. Unnecessary late sittings . Managers are rude, just pass their mistakes to you and saved theireselves. Director make you feel your useless.

Dislikes

Management is very bad. General Manager insult you unnecessary qnd when you complain about it to director, you will get fired. You left current job and go there for glowing future but there is no job security.

No job security. Have to wait for interview for 4-5 hrs. After selection for training period half salary. Operation manage is very rude.insult everyone on floor.she don't have qualification for position as manager still working there because she is spy of director. No future in company. Remove employee without notice.

It was a great experience to have the opportunity to work with Capapie Sports as the company did not had any system in place. The company had no policies and system in place. Being a proprietary firm the decision making process was slow, team building activity was lacking . Appraisal, rewards and motivation to employee was not satisfactory. The company need to improve the work culture and disciplinary areas.Adaptation to latest and upgraded infrastructure is missing. Record keeping, manual operation hence human errors were more. Departmental coordination need a lot of improvement. The management should have professional approach in the current developing growth to further sustain the business growth ....Read More

There is a lack planning, Priorities are not set. Expectations are very high in spite of knowing the lacuna. Employee retention and motivation is lacking . Continuous Training process is missing

I have enjoyed the job because of the multi tasking.Challenges with all limitations right from Recruitment, training, overall management, old systems and practices are followed. Work Cultural and disciplinary areas was very poor.
