After switching from my first company, the first thing that I noticed is based on the well-behaved team members as well as QCs. I have also been given proper time for completing the jobs which my previous company failed to understand.

During peak season, work pressure might hamper work-life balance but as a writer, one should get habituated to these pressures.

Everything, no job security at all. They will hire you by saying your works are good and then after few days they claim their quality checkers don't find your work good or suitable. The quality checkers are the most stupid here. They have no subject knowledge, zero expertise , zero supportive , they only sit there to find unnecessary flaws in your work and send reworks again and again.

1. The QCs do not check properly the content and will send you rework 2. There is no timing. You will get calls even during night from the QCs 3. Lack of proper communication. 4. They install a software in your laptop to monitor and take screenshot of your screen 5. Zero job security. Initially you will feel that you have job security. However, they can end the employment without any prior notice or warning. They will have problem if you complete your task early. During 2nd wave they have asked us to work from home. During that time i was not well and opted for immediate medical checkup. The owner of the company fire me for it. The owner and other two ponies of him doesn't even know how to run their small firm. The management was very poor. Every two months those three would change their jobroles and take over the tasks and would create a havoc. I worked here from 2018 to 2021. really miss the culture. Its like a remote family. Rimal ji was helpful in allocation. Entire team is supportive. Management is polite and you get respected here which is really rate in this industry.
