It is a volunteer lead organization with a mindset of Boss is always right. Various reporting structures and less communication between the team is a very common work culture of this organization. No approvals and reimbursements are given on time. I left the organization a year back but still did not receive my experience letter from them even after so many reminders.

Dislikes

1. Confusion in every team 2. Lack of trust and ownership 3. No clear instructions 4. Nothing to learn 5. Only follow orders 6. Can't take initiatives 7. ill behavior of senior management

I was a regional program manager, I used to take care of all the donor led projects, lead a team of social workers placed at hospitals, act as the first point of contact for National Office. Reporting and documentation, proposal and MOU writing.
