My work is related to develop light fixtures, jig's, moulding die. For these l didn't get proper assistant from top end so some times i only think and creat the design its really challenging job for me on that day.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized.
