Job security is the only factor which can make you stay in this company. Rest all other factors will prompt you to make an early exit. The management is lethargic, incompetent and amazingly relaxed, & they prefer to act only when there is a major threatening issue.

Poor PSU work culture which is further deteriorated by the ill educated & less informed management from canara bank. Average compensation, lack of growth & learning opportunities and asymmetrical work pressure across different work profiles.
