Boos here is of Hitler philosophy If you are late at office by even 1 minute your money is deducted In any emergency if you have taken any leave your money is deducted CEO will take your whole day meetings and at the end of day he will ask what have you achieved today ? Vulnerable increment The boss will always talk about your shortcomings and never appreciate if you have done anything good. 1 week Before any increment he starts to make you feel like you have done nothing in the entire year. Company has doubled the over all revenue and the increment are like 5-8% <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;"> No bonus</mark>. In the name of bonue we get a box of sweet. No HR activity or employee engagement activity. You are expected to work on Sundays and public holidays but you don't get any over time remuneration.
