No job security. They start on contractual basis, which can extend upto 2 years and then probation, which can again extent upto 2 years. In the probation letter there is a clause which says that they could terminate the employment with a month's notice without any reason.

Although the staff is very cooperative but the management committee members follow divide and rule policy

Dislikes

The management committee members play dirty corporate games and are all corrupt. They don't like a hard working person, they want puppets who should follow their instructions only and are least bothered about the welfare and teaching of children.
