It's one of the best companys I have worked with. Especially after Tommy Hilfiger merged with CK it became a best company to work with in terms of work culture nd growth.

Goods nd bads are there in all the companies. It's not the company but there are very few people who are not eligible to be in senior authority bcoz of there mind set up. Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pleasure is very high. Sometimes, I have to 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend vendors work late into the night. Managers do not value an individual's unique strenghts which is y I have to back my suggestions most of the time.

I like the challenges that comes my way in this job; be it challenges arising in vendor management, payment issues, approval issue, drawing issues or issue related to day long travelling to different sites on same day.

Dislikes

There isn't anything as such which i dislike about my job and work culture but remuneration part is my only concern.
