Cons - No work & personal life balance - No national or festive holidays - No weekends ( you get one week off) - No fixed timing for work - Bit partial in terms of growth - No performance bonus or hikes

Compensation was decent.. N time to time growth groth also there.. I am facing some pressure full day but after a dark night a beautiful shingin day waiting for us.

Calvin Klein truly is a dream brand to work with, it's has a great consumer market, a very well know in the retail industry. Surely anyone who is dedicated & hard working can find growth in this organization. Most of the seniors are very helpful to minors, it's a great platform to learn a lot. Highly recommend

Truly there is nothing to dislike about Calvin Klein, but the work environment is a bit chaotic, others staffs are not interested to grow themselves up most of them try to pull you back as well, but that how retail works. If you're dedicated enough then definitely you'll love working here.

The job is quiet interesting I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training sessions. I learnt everything on job I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within same team

The culture of this organisation is really amazing . I mean where else you get to talk to the president of your brand whenever you want to with any of your smallest or biggest issue . During lockdown we had some training sessions as well . So yes it was overall good .

Dislikes

I have resigned from this brand after lockdown and serving my notice period right now as the workload post lockdown is much much more than the 70% salaries we are getting . Living in gurgaon with such low pays is extremely hard and while working for 10 11 hr. Everyday you are at work
