Company profile is good. But few management employees has monopoly here. Facilities as per motherson are degrading day by day. Transport, food, activities, salary, facilities everything worst than other lower companies. Overall company is going from MNC to LALA-CHAP company. HR don’t initiate anything to improve it. All written above as in current situation there is nothing to like in this company. Employees provide there 100% but increment is 8% in production department. While production is the department where appraisal should be maximum.

AE are still operators. Employees are still working on line from 6years. So work life like stucks

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
