I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. What kind of work place do you want when away from family? Obviously like family. Food is not good. Because management is not taking food in company canteen and provide always fried breakfast and cap of tea very bad. No lunch break in night shift and no night shift allowance.
