Biased behaviour across departments HR, TA and DCBU are worst of the depatments to work with Heads of these departments will ignore you, use you ... best part is they dont work at all ... but will take the credit .... they ensure and take care of their group and aspire to grow. they dont understand without majority team nothing can happen.. they have to take everyone along for growth They will only favor selected few Selected few get preference every where Noone cares about remaining existing employees who work and deliver relentless Policies are just on paper.... not even used as guidelines... The learning opportunities are great here, you get to work on latest technologies.
The hikes and appraisal system here is not dependent on your performance but completely on how your relation is with your manager and director, how likely you are to leave the company. The only way to get decent hike is to resign.

nothing to like canteen food provided is worst than jail.
they dont give appraisals and even if you live thousands of km away from home and you ask them 1 month wfh once a year still they have issues that only a week we can give..... management is controlled by HRs and rest all technical members are puppets.

It's a pathetic company. When there is no problem, HRBP will ask continuously "if you have any problem PLEASE do tell, I'll always be there to help". If you have some serious problems and share it with them they'll just even refuse to hear it and say "you are the wrong person". Nobody wants any honesty here , HRBP, Lead, Manager. And Managers and leads always compare everyone with everyone and to the core are very incompetent and pathetic. In my life(let alone work) I've never seen such selfish, cunning lead that i worked with. I had give my blood, sweat and tears. Literally work 13-14 hours/day, trianed and took care of my juniors. Few HR not know what is the mean of HR and they simply deducting leaves when you are submitting medical reports and those days worked from home. Those medical case is serious like serious accident. Actually not all HR but some are doesn't care about the physical and mental health of employees.
