Very knowledgeable team that also shares that knowledge with employees. Salary is on time each month without any delays. The Sr. Mgmt. is focused on the growth of the Company along with the growth for employees.

Dislikes

Nothing significant, though the processes can be more transparent. Also a clear career path shared during onboarding will be of help.

It has been a great experience working in this organization for the past 3 years. The Mgmt is well experienced and knowledgeable. There are no limits if the performance is good. Overall a good learning experience.

Job security is the top on the list. Next comes the work culture. There is a huge disconnection starting from HR till all other functions. Lack of communication to employees on anything related to policy or other information, Poor administration team, Partiality between locations (High preference to Bangalore and less preference to Coimbatore), Unhygienic work floor, Pantry and Restroom. The work culture is not good. Till now many supervisor gives preference to their own people and those are not based on the skill set. Recruitment, no proper training was given to employee. Management, specially few people need to think that though some of them work in lower designation but still they are human and treat accordingly.here the sr. Absolutely nothing , we feel we have been cursed that we got such a company to work with . It’s a BPO who aspires to be an IT company by following BPO procedures and policies . Their name showcases they are an IT company but it’s not . It’s a BPO . Beware of this and act accordingly
