It’s an excellent training and work experience. This is the one of the oldest medical colleges in Asia . I did my masters of surgery here under best possible guidance and training.

Dislikes

It’s a Government set up with huge work load and low compensation.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
