No work culture. No peer relationship skills. No equal distribution of work amongst teachers. No holiday on Bhai duj and Holi. When you start working here you cannot give easy resignation, even if you finish your all your work, give compensation to the company they will try to detain your documents. This place won't give you your release letter, they'll say who are we to release you? This place won't give you permanent letter - they'll say you put your name in the big register right? So you're permanent. If they sack u, they'll do it overnight with one months basic pay and say you're not permanent. If you resign they'll say give three months notice period or give three months basic pay. As a teacher of English you might be expected to check 10 sets of copies, every set will contains approx 51-52 copies. Also which means you will weekly have to check copies of 10 different classes, maintain other records and perform other duties from time to time. Considering the workload one will make mistakes and then one will lose their self confidence completely. Half salary is paid by the school which is a peanut amount, and rest is paid by govt as d.a in 3 months duration, which means most of the time you will have to run your household with the half salary and wait for d.a which comes quarterly in a year.
